Property Manager - Wellington

managemyproperty is growing, and is looking for a property manager based in the Wellington office. You don’t necessarily need to be experienced as a property manager because ongoing professional development training will be offered. However, a background in property renovation/maintenance, or investment would be a definite asset, as would networking skills and a passion for marketing and active promotion.

You should be an energetic, friendly and reliable person with excellent time management skills. This role is varied and challenging at times, and may include working on weekends as required.

To be successful in securing this position you will need to be:

•   Systematic and self-motivated
•   A great judge of character
•   Results driven and focussed
•   Enthusiastic about property
•   Have excellent customer services and interpersonal skills
•   Honest, reliable and have integrity
•   Able to work unsupervised
•   Attention to detail and the ability to multi task
•   Competent in PC based computer systems – Word/Excel/Outlook/Web based applications
•   Knowledgeable about the property and rental market in Wellington
•   Possess maturity, judgement and a sense of humour
•   Willing to learn and help expand the business in the region
