Rent arrears are monitored daily. In the rare event that a payment anomaly occurs, we act immediately with automated tracking notices, direct phone follow-ups, and strict enforcement. We work quickly to remedy the issue, and if necessary, we manage the entire Tenancy Tribunal process to protect your rental income.
What happens if a tenant has an emergency after hours?
You will never be bothered by middle-of-the-night maintenance emergencies. Our team provides full, round-the-clock coverage for all managed properties. If an urgent issue arises – like a burst pipe or a electrical fault – we deploy our trusted urgent contractors immediately to secure your property and keep you updated the following morning.
How do I get paid and see my property statements?
All rental income is securely processed through a dedicated Commercial Trust Account. We disburse your funds monthly via direct bank transfer and automatically email you a highly detailed Statement of Account, logging all rental income, approved maintenance invoices, and disbursements.
Can I switch to your management if I already have a tenant in place?
Yes, absolutely. Transitioning an active tenancy over to our team is entirely seamless and completely hands-off for you. We handle all communications with your current tenant, collect the necessary paperwork, transfer the bond records with tenancy services, and assume full operational management without disturbing their stay.
What are your hidden costs or project management fees?
We believe in complete financial transparency. We do not charge any hidden markups, administration premiums, or project management fees on maintenance work. When an independent tradesperson invoices us for a repair, that exact cost is passed directly onto your statement with zero premium added by our team.
