How Frequent Are Property Inspections?
Regular property inspections for your rental are formally notified, scheduled and completed four times a year. That works out to be about every three months. On top of that you get a full Opening Inspection at the start of a new tenancy, and a Closing Inspection at the end of a tenancy.
Your inspection reports with photographs and notes from each inspection are available for you to view and download through our online Portal. Our Inspection Schedule complies with current insurance industry standards, and although some insurance companies only ask for two inspections a year, your property will be inspected four times a year.
On top of that, your property will also be regularly checked through an active ‘drive-by’ policy which we think is a good idea. It’s no idle boast that your property is inspected more often than anyone else.
